All rates at Playa Koralia are per person per night and include three meals per night's stay based on our daily chef's menu.

Note: During the seasons of Christmas-New Years and Easter week, Playa Koralia has a minimum double occupancy and 4 night stay.

Reservations will be considered confirmed once the hotel receives a deposit equal to 100% of the total reservation.
If there is a balance on the reservation, it is due prior to arrival.
Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of this Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations for low season dates entails a 20% penalty and an 80% refund will be given.
Cancellations for high season dates forfeits the entire deposit.

If the guest, without prior notice, fails to show and does not use the agreed services (‘No Show’), it is categorized as a non-refundable reservation and no refund will be given.
Cancellations made during the stay at the hotel, have any unused nights subject to the same conditions of cancellation of points 3 & 4.
Travel Agencies & Group Reservations will be charged a 20% penalty for cancellation and have their balance to use as credit for 1-year from cancellation date.
